Feed Recommendations:

Grass Saver is generous in protein and really aimed to be fed in winter when hay is the main winter roughage or in summer during dry conditions. In Autumn or Spring when grass protein is high, then Grass Saver should be used bulked out with Chaff or similar fibre products. Winter/Summer 2.0 – 4.5kg/day max with hay Autumn/Spring 1.5 – 2.5kg/day max with chaff Note that Grass Saver contains are full vitamin mineral premix and does not require the addition of further vitamin/mineral supplements unless recommended by a veterinarian.

Warning - the high copper levels associated with the Horse Premix make this feed unsuitable for feeding to sheep.
