Shipping F.A.Q’s
Do I qualify for "FREE" delivery?
If you live in the "West Auckland" area and your order is over $50.00, then you are able to get your order delivered for "FREE" every Monday, Wednesday and Friday weekly. Deliveries outside of these days may be subject to a delivery fee.
The area is from Taupaki in the North, to Greenhithe to the east, Avondale / Blockhouse Bay to the south and to Titirangi township, and Bethells Beach to the West
What if I live outside the "FREE" delivery area?
If you do live outside the "FREE" delivery area, you can either choose to courier your order (freight charges apply).
What are our courier charges?
We use Fastway Couriers.
Auckland Customers
$6.00 - per 25kg for delivery service Auckland wide.
Some rural customers maybe on a two day service for Auckland and a extra charge of $3.00 for the rural ticket
(From Helensville / Orewa to Waiuku / Pokeno / Clevedon)
Outside of Auckland
$10.50 per 15kg ($5.50 extra for 10kg excess label to a max of 25kg)
(From Whangarei to Hamilton / Rotorua / Whakatana / Tauranga)
Waiheke Service
Pick up from the depot - $3.50 per bag handling fee applies (Pick up can only be made after payment has been made)
Delivery to your door - $7.50 per bag delivery fee applies - West of Onetangi - (Next day delivery once payment has been made)
Shipping Policies
Shipping and Handling
All goods are packed carefully by us. Should the goods be damaged upon delivery, please contact us so that we can fix the problem. We only charge what it takes to get the product to your door. We do not make money from delivery. Our business is about animals and pet feeds. We add only the taxes and duties as required by government laws.
All shipping and handling charges apply to all courier and truck transport (Excludes “Free” delivery West Auckland).
International Customers - Please be aware that any customs charges or conditions applicable in your state/ locality/ or country are your responsibility. Any customs duties, sales taxes and other regulatory charges are payable by the purchaser. Please be aware that any registration claims regarding any products are only valid in New Zealand. Delivery Schedule
“Free” Delivery West Auckland wide for orders over $50.00 – Delivery days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday weekly. Orders have to be placed by 8am on day of delivery or they will be delivered the next delivery day. (i.e. - ordered Wednesday midday, delivery will be Friday)
Deliveries through our courier service and is usually achieved within 2-3 business days once payment has been received into our bank account supplied at time of order.
Deliveries through our truck transport in Auckland is usually achieved within 2 – 3 business days once payment has been received into our bank account supplied at time of order.
Deliveries through our truck transport New Zealand wide is dependent on location and will be dispatched once payment has been received into our bank account supplied at time of order. Confirmation of delivery date will be confirmed at time of order.
Back Orders
If there is an unexpected delay on any of the products you have ordered, you will be notified by email ASAP. We will give you an estimated date of shipping, and you also have the right to cancel or change your order to another product if you wish.
Returned Products
Please contact us as soon as possible if for any reason you require the goods to be returned. We allow 21 days to accept the return for a full refund providing the goods are in re-saleable condition.
Faulty Returned Goods
If you are not satisfied with the any products you have received through Lifestyle Animal & Pet Supplies Ltd, you are entitled to return them, please return within 14 days from delivery date and we can either send you a replacement of that product or a supply full refund.
If you could please also let us know the reason for your return of the product, so we can go about rectifying the problem or concern so it does not happen again.

Privacy Policy
We do not disclose / sell any of your personal information given or obtained by us and take personal privacy of our customers very seriously.
Remittance Terms
Payment is required into our account prior to any orders being shipped. We do not run accounts for our customers.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. We use fully secure shopping cart technology.
Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the any products you have received through Lifestyle Animal & Pet Supplies Ltd, you are entitled to return them, please refer to our “Faulty Returned Goods” policy.

Refer a Friend Policy
Who can I refer?
You can refer as many friends as you like through as long as they're not already registered Lifestyle Animal & Pet Supplies Ltd customers. You'll earn a voucher for each eligible referral that makes a purchase (in accordance with the minimum spending requirements).
Is my friend's privacy protected?
We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and the privacy of their friends. If your friends become Lifestyle Animal & Pet Supplies Ltd customers, then they'll be covered by our privacy policy.
When will I receive my vouchers?
You will receive your voucher within 10 days after your friend's order has been placed.
Can you tell me which one of my friends are already a customer?
No. We are committed to protecting all our customers' privacy. Therefore we are unable to notify you if your friend is an existing customer.
Will I receive a voucher for every friend I introduce?
Yes, you will receive a voucher for every eligible referral. Some possible reasons for ineligibility include:
- The friend you introduced is already a Lifestyle Animal & Pet Supplies Ltd customer
- Your friend has already been referred by someone else
- Your friend has not placed an order
What if my friend returns the order for a refund?
You are still able to use your voucher, but our refund policy does not apply to any refer-a-friend transaction. Therefore we are only able to issue your friend with a credit, not a refund, for any item they choose to return. You can email us for further clarification on this.
When does my friend receive their voucher?
Your friend will receive their 10% discount voucher within 10 days of placing their first purchase. It is not redeemable against the first purchase they make, but can be used within 3 months of issue for any subsequent purchase.
Can I use more than one voucher per order?
Yes. If you have more than one voucher you can add them together to the maximum discount of 20% and use in one transaction, providing each individual voucher is used within 3 months of issue.
Is there a minimum purchase requirement when using the voucher?
No. If you have received a 10% voucher you can use this to purchase any item.
Can I swap the voucher for cash?
No. All vouchers must be used in one transaction and are not redeemable for cash.
Can you tell me which of my friends placed a order so I can thank them?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide this information because of our commitment to all our customers' privacy.

- Sorry, we cannot replace lost or stolen vouchers
- A valid e-mail address is required to redeem vouchers
- Voucher expires 3 months from the date of issue
