Unlike some distilled and over-processed vinegars, Redwood Cider Vinegars are made via a natural aerobic acetation process using fresh, local, non-windfall apples.

They are neither filtered nor pastuerized, retaining the goodness of the vitamins, enzymes and minerals of the original apple source.

No chemicals, preservatives or additives are used and all Redwood Organic Cider Vinegars are BioGro Certified.
